From Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Bootcamp, Kickboxing, Hybrid Training to Obstacle Training. We have you covered.

Personal Training sessions will lead you to overall better health, increased muscle strength, energy and better moods. You will feel great every time you finish a session!
Session can be done in the privacy of your home in the surrounding Georgetown area (I bring the equipment) or at the gym.

Hybrid Training is an approach that combines elements of different exercise modalities and training techniques to achieve a well-rounded and balanced fitness regimen.
Hybrid Training includes a combination of resistance training and cardio within the same fitness regimen in order to improve strength and endurance simultaneously.
This training will get you ready for any fitness event.
THE 2024 SEASON IS OVER
OUTDOOR VENUE IN TERRA COTTA
This seasonal training takes place to be in sync with the various obstacle races in Eastern Canada.
This training is led by a Certified Spartan SGX Coach & Spartan Obstacle Specialist Instructor.
