Hybrid Training is an approach that combines elements of different exercise modalities and training techniques to achieve a well-rounded and balanced fitness regimen.
Hybrid Training includes a combination of resistance training and cardio within the same fitness regimen in order to improve strength and endurance simultaneously.
This training will get you ready for any fitness event such as: HYROX, DEKA and off season Obstacle Training.

HYROX goal is to create a global movement of like-minded people, who all share the same passion of community, fitness, competition & a healthy lifestyle.
HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
Not a runner. That's okay. As an Affiliate we have an event for that as well.
Accommodating both professional athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level, with four different categories to choose from, HYROX is the sport for every body.
Whether you are looking to take on HYROX by yourself in our Open category, share the experience with a teammate in the Doubles Categories, or split HYROX four ways in our Team Relay category, we have a race for everyone.

HYROX is the fitness race for everybody. If you are at least 16 years old and want to take on the sporting challenge, you are welcome to HYROX!
There are four different race formats to choose from, covering every fitness level. The race has no time limits and no qualification is required to participate.
The short answer is no. With that being said, earning your HYROX Mark is a new standard of testing designed to establish an objective baseline of fitness that can motivate you to consistently push your bodies. It’s standardized, allowing you to improve over time and compare your results to all HYROX athletes around the world or just against yourself.
Having an event on your calendar can be a game changer for your motivation – now you’re not exercising anymore, you’re training with a purpose!
Open – take on the standard HYROX for a challenging but achievable race for everyone.
Pro – for the experienced racer, heavier weights make for a more challenging experience.
Doubles – find a partner and take on the challenge as a pair, running together but splitting the workload of the exercises.
Relay – come together with your friends or family and race the relay where each member of the team does 2 times 1 km and 2 workouts.
Not an issue at all. The non-event training stations are timed so there is no set amount reps or distance that you must complete. Your only competition is yourself. You determine your pace and how hard you go. The point of the classes/courses is to get you ready for the events or just to improve your fitness level.
The drop-in classes and courses are led by a certified Coach that will be able to guide you through your workouts. They can provide you modifications and progressions as needed.
That is why training with a purpose is great. With the help of your Coach they will guide you through each station. They can provide you modifications to help you be able to conquer each station. Some zones may take a bit longer to master, but with time & training you will get there!
You will have an in-person certified personal trainer guiding you through each session with a qualified physiotherapist attending virtually. You will get the best of both worlds!
