TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

• If you cancel your class/session more than 12 hours for morning classes & 4 hours for afternoon/evening classes before the scheduled time your credit will be restored. If you cancel your class/session with less time before the session you will lose your credit.
• If I cancel the session due to bad weather or due to sickness, you will have your credit restored.

OTHER POLICIES:

• We require a minimum of 3 participants for the Pilates, Yoga and Barre classes for the class to run. If the class is cancelled, you will receive your credit back.
• We will no longer run evening classes with only 1 person. If the class is cancelled, you will receive your credit back.
• The trial pass is valid for any class on the schedule. This pass is not valid for any courses, workshops, events, clinics, or personal training appointments. The class passes are non transferable. This is a 1 time purchase only and it is open to existing & new members.
• The 1 Month Unlimited Pass is valid for any class on the schedule. This pass is not valid for any courses, workshops, events, clinics, or personal training appointments. The class pass is non-transferable or non-refundable.
• The 5, 10 & 20 class packages expire after 1 year from the date of purchase.
• All classes are not valid for any courses, workshops, events, clinics, or personal training appointments. They are non-transferable & non-refundable.
• Your personal training packages expire after 1 year from the date of purchase.
• There are no refunds for personal training packages, workshops or courses with the exception of a doctor's note stating that a physical problem is preventing them from participating.
• Courses: We do not offer make up classes for missed course sessions with the exception of a doctor's note stating that a physical problem is preventing you from participating.
