All classes are offered in Georgetown, ON unless otherwise stated. Details of the gym location will be provided at the time of booking.
Personal Training sessions can be provided in the privacy of your home in the surrounding Georgetown area (I bring the equipment) or at the gym. The gym location will be confirmed during your Free Fitness Consultation.
Yes! In fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable coaching you right from the start! All workouts are timed so there is not set amount of reps that must be completed. You go at your own pace. Modifications and progressions are provided to ensure we keep you challenged no matter your fitness level.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
At a minimum, please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and towel.
Any other equipment will depend on the class! The instructor will inform you on what to bring for courses.
All fitness levels are welcome. Age is 13 & up can attend. Those who are 13-17 years of age are asked to attend with a parent or guardian.
