Yes! In fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable coaching you right from the start! All workouts are timed so there is not set amount of reps that must be completed. You go at your own pace. Modifications and progressions are provided to ensure we keep you challenged no matter your fitness level.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
At a minimum, please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and towel.
Any other equipment will depend on the class! For example: For Kickboxing you must bring your own hand wraps & boxing gloves
All fitness levels are welcome. Age is 13 & up can attend. Those who are 13-17 years of age are asked to attend with a parent or guardian.

2 Hour Obstacle Workshop:
Sunday September 29th at 9am to 11am
This workshop takes place in beautiful Terra Cotta.
In the Obstacle Workshop you will get to practice the techniques needed to dominate Obstacle Races. This workshop is designed for first-time racers and die-hards alike.
You'll get tips and hands-on experience with many obstacles such as: Wall Climbs, Rope Climbs, Spear Throw, Monkey Bars, Rings, Olympus Wall, Inverted Wall, ZWall and much more.
