Train With a Purpose!
Hybrid Training is an approach that combines elements of different exercise modalities and training techniques to achieve a well-rounded and balanced fitness regimen.
Hybrid Training includes a combination of resistance training and cardio within the same fitness regimen in order to improve strength and endurance simultaneously.
This is a progressive 8 week course will get you ready for any fitness event and off season Obstacle Training.
NEXT SESSIONS WILL BEGIN AT THE END OF OCTOBER
Required Equipment: Hand Wraps and Boxing Gloves
This is an upbeat, total body workout, using boxing gloves and bags. The class limited to 8 participants for more attention & coaching.
This is a 6 week progressive course. You will learn new punches or kicks every class. You will punch and kick your way to a healthier and stronger body!
We start with a 10-minute warm-up, next is 40 minutes will be non-stop punching and kicking combinations on a bag and a 5 minute cool down.
Tues/Thurs at 9am
OR
Tues/Thu at 5:30pm
This course is led by a Certified Spartan SGX Coach and Spartan Obstacle Specialist.
This is a 2 Hour Workshop that will allow you to add to your obstacle knowledge.
Designed for first-time racers and die-hards alike. You'll get practice tips and hands-on experience with many obstacles.
All fitness levels welcome

2 Hour Obstacle Workshop:
Sunday September 29th at 9am to 11am
This workshop takes place in beautiful Terra Cotta.
In the Obstacle Workshop you will get to practice the techniques needed to dominate Obstacle Races. This workshop is designed for first-time racers and die-hards alike.
You'll get tips and hands-on experience with many obstacles such as: Wall Climbs, Rope Climbs, Spear Throw, Monkey Bars, Rings, Olympus Wall, Inverted Wall, ZWall and much more.
