Your FREE one-hour Fitness Consultation is a relaxed meeting where we will discuss your specific health & fitness goals and how they can be achieved through exercise. The consultation can done in the privacy of your home, over phone or in-person at the gym.
We will discuss your exercise history (if any), exercises you enjoy and what you don’t enjoy. We will discuss how SO Fitness, can help you to reach those goals and together we will design a program that best suits you.
Please Note: we will also review your health & medical history to ensure that we are doing exercises that work well with your body and if there are any adjustments we need to make due to any physical issues. We will be sure to take it all into careful consideration when designing your program.
Pricing and options for Personal Training sessions will be discussed as part of your Fitness Consultation.
Your personal training session is an individualised fitness program based on your goals. This program is derived from your FREE Fitness Consultation which is conducted before beginning your sessions.
Options:
As your Personal Trainer, we are there to motivate you, coach you, challenge you, and provide you with as much information on fitness. You will be shown how to do the proper form and technique for each exercise to ensure you are gaining the most out of every movement you do and most importantly to prevent injury.
Pricing and options for Personal Training sessions will be discussed as part of your Fitness Consultation.
Sessions are 55 minutes and will include warm-up & cool down.
