Hybrid training is an approach that combines elements of different exercise modalities and training techniques to achieve a well-rounded and balanced fitness regimen.
Hybrid training includes a combination of resistance training and cardio within the same fitness regimen in order to improve strength and endurance simultaneously.
This training will get you ready for any fitness event such as: HYROX, DEKA even off season Obstacle training.
This is a full body workout with a 5-minute warm-up, 40 minutes non-stop strength workout and a 5-minute cool down.

By incorporating both strength and endurance sessions into your week, you're going to develop a great level of balance and resilience in your body, allowing you to keep doing the things you love.
Modifications and progressions are always available to ensure we challenge you appropriately.

The TRX Suspension Trainer has a multitude of benefits for the whole body, it builds endurance, improves stability, strengthens the arms and shoulders while challenging your core with every exercise. The best thing about TRX is that everyone can do it, from athletes to seniors. Modifications and progressions are always available to ensure we challenge you appropriately.

This is an upbeat, total body workout, using boxing gloves and bags. The class limited to 8 participants for more attention & coaching.
You will punch and kick your way to a healthier and stronger body!
We start with a 10-minute warm-up, next is 40 minutes will be non-stop punching and kicking combinations on a bag and a 5 minute cool down.
The Bootcamp workouts will involve bodyweight work or added weight, such as kettlebells, medicine balls, or dumbbells and will work your muscles while spiking your heart rate.
Each and every class is unique, challenging and fun! This is a full body workout with a 5-minute warm-up, 40 minutes workout and a 5-minute cool down.
Connecting the breath to the movement of the body, we will learn to move seamlessly from pose to pose, finding moments where we will add more movement or hold to build strength and endurance. Keeping the class light and playful, variations will be given throughout in order to suit your needs for the day.
This class is led by a certified 200-hour yoga instructor.
No prior experience is necessary in order to participate, as you will be guided throughout the class as we explore all the amazing ways in which our bodies can move. Using stretches and specifically designed movements, we will concentrate on body awareness, mobility, balance, and compassion towards ourselves.
We can't wait to share with you the magic that can happen on your mat!
Pilates: a practice in which we can build core strength, mobility and alignment.
Sequenced to fun and upbeat music, clients will explore how their bodies move and how to engage specific muscle groups as we work through a series of core, back, leg and arm movements.
This class is led by a certified Pilates instructor.
Offering variations to help build on primary movements, clients will continuously have options to intensify their experience.
