ABOUT SO FITNESS


SO Fitness is a hybrid training facility dedicated to delivering effective and results focused training programs for individuals at every level. Allow SO Fitness to provide structure and accountability to your training, with a variety of programs designed to provide you with a well rounded fitness routine. We truly have a class for everyone. From Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Bootcamp, Kickboxing, DEKA to Obstacle Training. We have you covered.


We have created a safe and inviting, judgement free environment. Whether you are looking to get started on your fitness journey, improve or mix up your existing fitness routine, or dive into the competitive sport of fitness testing or racing, SO Fitness is for all fitness levels!
